Senior HR/Admin Executive

ADMIN/PR:
Manage daily admin functions including office supplies, cleanliness, facility upkeep.
Track company assets (laptops, tools, furniture, mobiles) by updating asset register. and maintain Support register for Admin / HR / PR support required for any staff.
Maintain and update key registers/lists: Visitors, Print, Admin Stock, Support Register, Asset, Vehicles master & Vehicle maintenance reimbursement, Mobile No, Email ID, AMC, Tools, Key list, Statutory Tracker, etc. Manage rental agreements and renewals for tenants and landlords.
Support internal audits, budget vs. expense tracking, and coordinate for rental agreements and statutory renewals.
Handle company vehicle maintenance or requirements through Vehicle register, travel arrangements, duplicate key management, and office access protocols.
Any other corresponding duties/ responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
HR:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and documentation of all staff files.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave data, and submit payroll inputs to DH by the 2nd of each month.
Conduct monthly performance evaluations; issue PIPs for underperformers after DH approval, and compile reports for MD.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal meetings, training sessions, and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
Track salary advances, loans, deductions, and ensure supporting documentation is approved and filed.
Support statutory compliance for PF, ESI, Labour Laws, holiday calendars, and related records by maintaining the statutory excel tracker.
