Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing tailored solutions, and driving the adoption of BEACON's engineering and manufacturing solutions. Daily tasks will include conducting technical demonstrations, offering pre-sales and post-sales technical support, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and sales goals. The role also requires delivering effective communication and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales processes, including creating and delivering technical presentations tailored to prospective customers
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and understanding of engineering solutions like CAD, CAM, and 3D Printing
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and manage client expectations effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Familiarity with SOLIDWORKS, 3DEXPERIENCE Works, or similar tools is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and travel as required
