Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will engage in technical discussions with clients to understand their needs and provide bespoke solutions. Responsibilities will include providing product knowledge, offering technical support, generating sales leads, developing relationships with customers, and maintaining top-tier customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration with internal teams to meet customer requirements will also be a core aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
  • Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to address highly technical customer requirements and deliver suitable solutions
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships with clients and generate new business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills necessary to effectively present products and services and negotiate with clients
  • Problem-solving abilities, technical acumen, and aptitude to understand and translate customer needs into practical solutions
  • Experience in the valve or related industries is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a dynamic team in Mumbai
