The Role
As a Telesales and Customer Success Manager, you will be at the heart of our growth
strategy. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on both the thrill of a sale and the
satisfaction of nurturing long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for a
complete end-to-end cycle: from identifying and engaging new prospects to ensuring our existing
clients are happy and successful.
Key Responsibilities
Telesales & Lead Generation:
o Proactively identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, email, and
social media.
o Conduct product demos and present solutions that meet the specific needs of
prospects.
o Manage and track a pipeline of leads and opportunities to achieve and exceed
sales targets.
Customer Success & Account Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned customers
o Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
o Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
and product adoption.
o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive additional revenue.
Customer Retention & Support:
o Proactively address customer's concerns and resolve issues in a timely and
professional manner.
o Work with internal teams (e.g., product, technical support) to ensure a seamless
customer experience.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and clear telephone
presence.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in CRM software.
A "can-do" attitude and a passion for continuous learning.
