Role & responsibilities
Supervise restaurant service in assigned section. Manage stewards, ensure guest satisfaction, coordinate with kitchen & cashier, handle table allocation, upselling, hygiene standards, and assist Restaurant Manager in smooth daily operations
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise service in a section of the restaurant.
- Train and guide stewards in service etiquette.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints tactfully.
- Coordinate with kitchen for timely food delivery.
- Manage table allocations and reservations.
- Promote upselling of food, beverages, and specials.
- Maintain service standards, hygiene, and grooming.
- Assist Restaurant Manager in shift operations and reporting.
