Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Business Development Associate (BDA) with a proven background in EdTech and study abroad counseling/sales.
The role requires a consultative approach, strong lead management skills, and the ability to effectively handle objections and close enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and parents to promote study abroad programs.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to identify needs and recommend solutions.
- Manage leads and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Handle objections confidently and build long-term trust with students.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of mandatory EdTech / Study Abroad sales experience.
- Strong background in consultative sales & student counseling.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Ability to manage objections and drive conversions.
Compensation
Up to 8 LPA + Incentives, depending on experience.
