Area Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients, including dealers, retailers, and distributors.
- Conduct field visits to customer showrooms and business sites to present product portfolios and pricing.
- Deliver effective sales pitches and product demonstrations to close deals successfully.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor pricing and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate (any discipline); MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales closing and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable with travel and fieldwork across Lucknow and nearby regions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in meeting business clients face-to-face.
