About Us

HYDRIQ is a fast-growing packaged drinking water brand with a bold, youth-centric identity. We're building our presence across North India and are now strengthening our footprint in UP East. We are looking for a result-driven Area Sales Manager who knows Lucknow and surrounding districts thoroughly and has a strong track record in the packaged drinking water industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • *Lead sales operations across Lucknow HQ and surrounding areas:

Kanpur, Unnao, Kannauj, Fatehpur, Hamirpur, Khaga, Kaushambi, Allahabad, Pratapgarh, Raebareli, Barabanki, Unchahar, Sultanpur, Amethi, Bhadohi, Phoolpur, Jaunpur.*

  • Drive distributor appointments, retailer penetration, and ensure strong market presence.

  • Achieve primary & secondary sales targets, with proven capability of handling ₹15–20 Cr+ annual turnover.

  • Build and manage a strong distributor/retailer network with a solid presence in the above areas.

  • Conduct brand promotion activities, trade schemes, and visibility drives to enhance HYDRIQ's recall.

  • Monitor competition (Bisleri, Aquafina, Bailley, local players) and design strategies to gain share.

  • Lead, train, and motivate Sales Officers/Executives to deliver on targets.

  • Ensure proper credit management, collections, and reporting discipline.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the packaged drinking water / beverage industry.

  • Must have direct exposure to Lucknow division and adjoining districts.

  • Proven track record of generating ₹15–20 Cr+ annual sales.

  • Strong trade connections, solid distributor & retailer presence in the region.

  • Prior experience in executing brand promotion activities.

  • Graduate/MBA preferred, but proven sales credentials matter more.
