Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Executive at our location in Kolkata. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager & Sales Associates. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into our customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Area Sales Executive or similar role
- Should have an experience of FMCG industry
- Mandatory distributor search and maintaining good relationship with the existing distributor.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results consistently
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Results-driven with the ability to focus on achieving set objectives and goals
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
