1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Visit prospective customers to present and promote AC products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to clients.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales leads promptly.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.

3. Quotation & Negotiation

  • Prepare and submit detailed quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and delivery with clients.
  • Finalize deals and ensure contracts or agreements are accurately prepared.

4. Product Knowledge & Consultation

  • Stay up to date with AC products, features, and industry trends.
  • Provide customers with product comparisons, energy efficiency information, and usage advice.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for product customization or installation queries.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the service, installation, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

6. After-Sales Support

  • Follow up with customers after installation for feedback and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the service department to resolve complaints or maintenance issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
