Job Title: Technical Sales Executive

Overview

The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling technical services. This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client outreach.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions/products.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations to clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Provide post-sale support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare detailed sales reports.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads.
  • Stay updated on product improvements, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field, arts .
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or B2B sales or Concept Sales (industry-specific experience is a plus).
  • Strong technical understanding of the service offered.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales ( medical, insurance, advertisement , etc) .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
