Job Title: Technical Sales Executive
Overview
The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling technical services. This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client outreach.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions/products.
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations to clients.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide post-sale support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare detailed sales reports.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads.
- Stay updated on product improvements, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field, arts .
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or B2B sales or Concept Sales (industry-specific experience is a plus).
- Strong technical understanding of the service offered.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Sales ( medical, insurance, advertisement , etc) .
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
