**Job Role Overview**:
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives with 1-2 years of experience in either IT or Non-IT sales. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into business opportunities for our wide range of products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**For IT Sales**:
- Promote IT products and services including software training, project guidance, and solutions.
- Engage with B2B and B2C clients to understand their technology training needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for IT verticals (Certifications, Academic Projects, etc.).
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation.
**For Non-IT Sales**:
- Handle sales of non-technical services like soft skill training, language programs, and business consulting.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the educational and corporate sectors.
- Follow up with leads from walk-ins, calls, and campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT or educational services industry
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
