  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (Sales, Accounts, HR, Admin, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.)
  • Source candidates through job portals (Foundit, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and assess candidates' suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database regularly.
  • Support onboarding activities and assist in pre-joining formalities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions within given timelines.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the hiring process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
