The company is building B2B disruptive proprietary platforms for developers, financial institutions, and agents, helping transact over 15,000 transactions worth more than $1bn annually. Square Yards operates on a global scale, with significant revenue from markets such as the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Leveraging data analytics and VR tools, Square Yards aims to disrupt traditional marketplaces by developing the first MLS in India while scaling up adjacent B2C platforms.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager located in Pune. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The role includes developing sales strategies, conducting market research, handling account management, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Expertise in Customer Service and Communication
- Proficiency in managing Key Accounts and Account Management
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the proptech or real estate industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Both office and field based work
- Min 1 year experience of direct sales is mandatory.
Salary : 3LPA to 5LPA
