Responsibilities- Sales Growth & Revenue Targets.
- Responsible for all commercial and proposal activities, including contract negotiations concerning performance requirements, schedules, and pricing. Acquisition of new projects and customers while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and define sales strategies to win new projects and customers, focusing on value propositions and prioritizing opportunities to optimize the hit rate. Explore and develop new markets, segments, and offerings.
- Engage with customers at all levels, including management, to ensure understanding of their needs and alignment with our solutions.
- Coordinate the sales process, including lead management, target setting, and quotation preparation, ensuring a smooth handover to our project execution teams after contract signature.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to provide input to R&D and strategic planning.
- Responsible for the content of presentations related to our products and services. Continuously learn about our products, processes, and business principles, and coach colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
- A Decade of B2B Sales Excellence: At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales within the technology sector, with a proven track record of driving growth and successfully closing deals.
- Tech-Savvy: A solid background in technology, with the ability to understand and sell complex technical solutions.
- Digital Domain Expert: Proficiency in navigating the digital landscape and leveraging it to drive sales.
