Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both B2B (corporate, architects, builders, institutions) and B2C (retail, individual customers) segments.
- Generate leads through various channels—online platforms, field visits, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
- Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and update CRM tools regularly.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience or interest in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Passion for plants, landscaping, and sustainable living will be an added advantage.
