Role Overview
Santerra Hygiene Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive Admin/Accounts & HR Executive to manage our office operations, financial records, and basic HR functions. The candidate will be responsible for accounts, compliance, HR documentation, and office administration, playing a crucial role in supporting the company's growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, payment, receipts).
- Manage invoices, billing, vendor & distributor payments.
- Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (with CA support).
- Handle reconciliations, petty cash, and payroll processing.
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
HR Responsibilities
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain HR files.
- Coordinate recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Support employee onboarding & exit formalities.
- Ensure basic HR compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act).
Administration:
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Handle office utilities, rent agreements, and service providers.
- Support team logistics, travel bookings, and internal communications.
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations.
Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Basic understanding of GST, payroll, and HR compliance.
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication in Hindi & English.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
