HR Admin cum Generalist

The HR Admin cum Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, statutory compliance, and general administrative functions. This role requires a balance of human resource management and administrative support to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (Generalist)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personal files.
- Handle induction, joining formalities, and exit processes.
- Support the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Assist with payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance reviews, and grievance redressal.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
Administration
- Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, vendor relationships, and AMC contracts.
- Maintain administrative records, agreements, and contracts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, office events, and logistics.
- Ensure workplace health & safety compliance and smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Indian labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR Generalist and Admin functions.
- Prior experience in IT, Manufacturing, or Services sector preferred.
