
HR & Admin Executive

Role Objective:-
To ensure smooth HR operations, employee lifecycle management, cost-optimized administration, and vendor management while maintaining high service quality and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Employee Onboarding & Exit Management
- Ensure end-to-end onboarding and exit processes are followed.
- Handle employee grievances/issues within defined TAT.
- Prepare and submit monthly performance dashboards.
- Organize and manage employee engagement activities/events as per the annual calendar.
- Administration & Expense Optimization
- Manage admin budgets ensuring cost optimization.
- Handle stationery procurement with timely requisition every 2 months.
- Ensure office floor discipline and maintenance including hygiene, furniture, and fixtures.
- Support business requirements by ensuring timely and quality hiring.
- Coordinate interviews, offer releases, and joining formalities.
- Facilitate employee travel bookings in the most cost-effective mode aligned with travel policy
Key Skills & Competencies:-
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations and admin processes.
- Vendor negotiation and relationship management.
- Problem-solving ability in employee support services.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
Qualifications & Experience:-
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration.
- 25 years of experience in HR operations, admin, or a combined role.
- Exposure to employee engagement, vendor management, and office administration preferred.
