Operations and Customer Support Role

Role & Responsibility:
- Manage customer support systems and address client queries across channels (phone, chat, email, whatsapp, etc.).
- As part of the operations team, adhere to existing system processes and coordinate with different teams for a smooth flow of activities
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of investment products like Unlisted Shares, bonds, FDs, Alternates, etc. is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable in multi-tasking
- High level of sincerity and prompt response to and speedy resolution of customer queries is expected
- Mininimum 1-2 Year experience in customer service and operation in financial market domain
