JOB DESCRIPTION & JOB SPECIFICATION

Designation: Odoo ERP Consultant (EPC Projects Hands-on)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients with existing Odoo setup & helping them with day-to-day system activities.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements related to the EPC domain.
  • Configure and implement Odoo modules wherever required.
  • Work closely with developers to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
  • Prepare functional documentation and user manuals.
  • Provide ongoing support and system improvements based on client feedback.

Must be ready to work at Client location (Nagpur)

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Odoo functional flows, especially Material management, Purchase, Accounts, HRMS, quality, etc.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with EPC processes and terminology.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in end-to-end Odoo implementation lifecycle.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and technical architecture is a plus.

Job Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Consultant specializing in the EPC Domain to join Alligator Infosoft.
  • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing Odoo in EPC environments and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation processes is highly desirable.
  • Should be willing to relocate to client location (Nagpur).

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, IT, or related discipline with specialization or experience in manufacturing domain.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, with at least 2 years focused on the EPC environments.
