Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with at least 2+ years in Talent Management.
  • Hands-on expertise in Goal Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Career Development.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and related modules is an advantage.
