We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Human Capital Management and a passion for helping organizations optimize their HR processes through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS).
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Perform system testing, documentation, and end-user training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR process integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with functional and technical teams.
  • Support project lifecycles — from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Keep updated with SAP HCM innovations and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation or support.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time, and Organizational Management).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM or SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to SAP Fiori or HCM integration with SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in data migration and interface development.
  • SAP HCM certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
