We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, with a strong focus on the Finance module and India localization (GST, TDS, TCS). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful implementations, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. Location: Navi Mumbai Engagement: Permanent – Full time Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. - Gather business requirements, prepare documentation, and design tailored solutions. - Configure, customize, and test Business Central Finance modules with India localization. - Conduct training sessions, UAT, and data migration activities. - Collaborate with technical teams for development and enhancements of add-on solutions. - Provide post-implementation support, including handling CRs and day-to-day issue resolution. - Prepare project documentation and ensure compliance with client requirements. Qualifications and Experience Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA. Experience: - Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / NAV. - Strong expertise in the Finance Module with India taxation (GST, TDS, TCS). - Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations of the Finance Module in Business Central/Navision. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel, presentations, and documentation. - Experience working with a Microsoft Dynamics-focused IT company. - Strong English communication skills (verbal & written). Good to have: - Knowledge of advanced features, reporting, and BI tools. - Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
