About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant with a strong background in

Finance and Accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading NetSuite

implementations, optimizing financial workflows, and providing functional expertise to ensure smooth

business operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Act as the primary functional consultant for NetSuite ERP implementations, enhancements, and

support.


• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions aligned with NetSuite

capabilities.


• Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules (Finance, Accounting, Procurement,

Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Design to Build, etc.).


• Collaborate with Finance/Accounting teams to streamline processes such as General Ledger,

Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Budgeting, and Reporting.


• Provide post-implementation support including issue resolution, system enhancements, and

upgrades.


• Work closely with technical teams for integrations, workflows, and custom solutions.


• Prepare documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and training

materials.


• Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and system demonstrations.


• Stay updated with NetSuite releases and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Experience


• 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant (ERP/Financials).

Strong background in Finance/Accounting – preferably with qualifications such as CA, CPA, MBA

(Finance), or equivalent.


• Hands-on expertise in NetSuite Financials modules (GL, AR, AP, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed

Assets, Financial Reporting).


• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Design to Build and Record-to-Report

processes.


• Experience with NetSuite SuiteSuccess, Workflows, Saved Searches, Dashboards, and

Reporting.


• Ability to create and manage functional documentation and test cases.


• Strong communication and client-facing skills for requirement gathering and stakeholder

management.


• Experience in NetSuite integrations with third-party applications.


• Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit processes, and internal controls.

Preferred Skills


• NetSuite Certification (Suite Foundation/ERP Consultant / Financial User) is a plus.


• Exposure to SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript (basic understanding).


• Experience working in multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and global finance environments.


• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).


• Prior consulting or client-facing experience in ERP implementation projects.
