  • Exceptional presentation skills (Mandatory skill) to prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external audiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Act as a first point of contact for calls, emails, and other communications, providing prompt assistance.
  • Compile, proofread, and revise drafts of reports, presentations, and documents as necessary.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and other professional engagements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the executive team and internal departments.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information by maintaining secure data records.
  • Provide administrative support in a range of office functions and contribute to the overall efficiency of processes.
