Role Overview: As a Travel Coordinator and Secretarial Assistant, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Your role will involve coordinating travel logistics, scheduling meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end travel arrangements such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ground transportation for domestic and international trips. - Handle visa applications, travel documentation, and ensure compliance with travel policies and timelines. - Coordinate travel itineraries and provide ongoing support to travelers when needed. - Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and conference calls. - Assist in organizing corporate and personal events, ensuring efficient logistics management. - Provide general administrative and personal support, including managing lunch arrangements and handling ad hoc tasks. Qualification Required: - 4 to 5 years of proven experience working in a travel agency. - Experience in a secretarial role for 1-2 years. - Proven ability to effectively manage both travel coordination and secretarial responsibilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Additional Details: The company is located in Hyderabad, and the work schedule is from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. You will be working from the office and will report directly to the Chairman & Managing Director.,
