About the Role:
Join our dynamic sales team and help drive the future of SaaS-based communication and customer engagement solutions This role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, product demonstrations, and converting prospects into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities for WABA & other digital communication tools.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase platform capabilities.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored SaaS solutions.
- Manage leads and sales funnel using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to meet company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML or related field.
- 0–3 years in B2B SaaS sales, digital sales, or related areas. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp for Business API, CPaaS, CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in SaaS/Digital Tech/Product Sales.
- Knowledge of customer engagement/communication tech.
- Strong objection handling and lead conversion skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools, APIs, or integrations.
