Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by identifying prospective clients, presenting our software development and outsourcing solutions, and closing deals. This is a part-time role with flexible working hours, ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and has a strong understanding of technology services, software solutions, or IT outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present the company's software services portfolio including custom software development, dedicated engineering teams, staff augmentation, and SaaS development support.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.).
  • Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools — tracking leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and conversions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set during onboarding.
  • Gather insights from clients and the market to help improve service offerings, sales strategies, and market positioning.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in technology services, SaaS, product engineering or staffing).
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships and close deals in a service-/product-oriented business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with high drive; comfortable working part-time with flexible schedule.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, engineering services or SaaS business models.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
  • Based in or able to service NCR / Gurgaon region (some in-person meetings may be required).
