SDR (Sales Development Representative)
for our Noida office.

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐪𝐨.𝐢𝐨:

  • Fast-growing SaaS company in the Logistics/TMS industry
  • High-ownership role with clear growth path (SDR → AE → AM)
  • Work from our Noida office with a young, collaborative, and dynamic team
  • Get hands-on experience interacting with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:

  • Run outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calls, and email
  • Identify, research, and qualify leads in logistics, transportation, and supply-chain verticals
  • Book meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Understand customer pain points and pitch Traqo's TMS solutions effectively
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach metrics
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to improve messaging and targeting

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales / lead generation / SDR roles (Freshers welcome)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and handling objections
  • Strong learning attitude and persistence
  • Based in / ready to work from
    Noida (On-site)
  • Prior experience in SaaS/Logistics is a plus, but not mandatory

𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞:

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Understanding of logistics workflows (optional)
  • Prior B2B outreach or lead-gen experience
