We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive institutional business sales and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with institutional clients, managing sales targets, and leading business development initiatives in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Identify and acquire new institutional clients while maintaining existing relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present business performance reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 46 years of experience in institutional business sales & client servicing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
