Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote healthcare products to distributors and clients.
  • Convert leads into sales through product knowledge and relationship building.
  • Share product catalogs, price lists, and promotional offers with potential franchise partners.
  • Maintain and update customer database, follow up with interested clients.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch team for timely order processing.
  • Resolve customer queries related to products, pricing, and delivery.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of pharma products (training will be provided).
  • Eager to learn and grow within the healthcare business model.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹22,000.00 per month
