Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and closing sales. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Generate leads, follow up, and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/Excel.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Experience (6 months–3 years) in inside sales, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
