Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in business development, with proven experience using platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of online freelancing platforms and sales processes.
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Shift Timing - Night

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹40,829.22 per month
