Legitbytes is a dynamic and innovative organization committed to delivering exceptional services and solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in business development, with proven experience using platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of online freelancing platforms and sales processes.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Shift Timing - Night
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹40,829.22 per month
