Job Summary

The Management Representative will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization's management systems compliance with applicable aerospace and international standards, including AS9100D, ISO 14000, ISO 45000, and ISO The role requires strong expertise in quality, environmental, health & safety, and information security management systems, along with experience in audits, documentation control, and continual improvement initiatives.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering from a recognized University.

Additional certification in Quality Management, Internal Auditing (AS9100D, ISO 14000, ISO 45000, ISO will be preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in aerospace or precision engineering industries.

Proven hands-on experience in implementing and managing AS9100D and related ISO management systems.

Exposure to both internal and external auditing practices and certification body processes.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of AS9100D, ISO 14000, ISO 45000, and ISO 27000 management systems.

Act as the principal liaison between management and external certification or regulatory bodies.

Conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits, and facilitate closure of corrective and preventive actions.

Lead management reviews and ensure alignment of system objectives with organizational goals.

Monitor compliance, develop risk assessments, and ensure adherence to aerospace industry standards.

Drive actions for continual improvement in quality, environment, health, safety, and information security performance.

Maintain and control documentation relevant to all management systems.

Support cross-functional teams in achieving certification and audit readiness at all times.

Provide training and awareness to employees on quality, safety, and system requirements.

Prepare and submit reports on system performance and improvement measures.

Technical Skills

In-depth knowledge of AS9100D, ISO 14000, ISO 45000, and ISO 27000 requirements.

Strong documentation and process control capability.

Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action methodologies.

Basic knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, and PDCA.

Competency in MS Office and documentation management software.
