At NowFloats, our mission is to enhance local online discovery of small and medium businesses (SMBs). We provide solutions that structure information to ensure SMBs can be easily found by consumers searching locally. Our product offerings include an organic discovery model utilizing automated search engine optimization, and a hybrid model combining organic discovery with marketing boosters like Google Adwords and Facebook ads. We also offer RIA, a Relationship Intelligence Agent to help businesses stay connected with customers with minimal manual intervention.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative, located in Bengaluru. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining the company's products and services, and closing sales. Additional tasks include managing customer queries, providing customer support, and maintaining customer relationships. The representative will receive specialized training to understand NowFloats' offerings and sales techniques.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Strong Sales abilities
- Training aptitude for onboarding and sales techniques
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Experience in telesales or relevant field is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is desirable
