Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative generates and qualifies leads by conducting
strategic outreach, understanding customer needs, and aligning them with company
solutions. The role supports the sales process end-to-end—from prospecting to handoff—
while continuously improving industry knowledge and performance.
Education and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, ideally within B2B or outsourcing industries.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets consistently.
• Proficiency in using HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, and CRM tools to track and manage
prospects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport quickly.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to personal growth and contributing to the long-term success of the
company.
Job Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities by actively researching and reaching out to
prospective clients, focusing on B2B markets.
• Quality leads us by understanding customer needs through detailed conversations
and strategic outreach, ensuring alignment with the company's solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Director to convert qualified leads into sales opportunities,
facilitating a seamless handover process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and competitors, especially in the
outsourcing and B2B sectors.
• Use lead generation tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, and CRM software to track
outreach activities, manage sales pipelines, and report on results.
• Invest time in personal and professional growth to advance within the company and
contribute to its ongoing success
