Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive student enrollments, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and expand our business reach in the North India region. The BDR will play a key role in lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term partnerships in both domestic and international education segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads for regular & Online degree admissions, overseas education, and certification programs.
  • Conduct counseling sessions and presentations (online/offline) to convert prospects into successful enrollments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and training partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach campaigns, webinars, and education fairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and enrollment progress in the company CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on education industry trends, visa processes, online certifications, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing/Education Management preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, counseling, or student recruitment (education consultancy experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
  • Strong networking ability and willingness to travel within the North India region.
