About the Company

DR. Shares and Stock Brokers is a fast-growing financial services firm providing a wide range of investment and stock market solutions. We are expanding our client engagement team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong communication and people skills to join us as Sales Representatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to explain company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and guide them through the investment and account opening process.
  • Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and customer support.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
  • Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of sales or customer service experience are welcome.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and Hindi.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Confidence in client-facing and customer interaction roles.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet usage).

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4th Saturday Off)
