Role & responsibilities

1. Target Achievement:

  • Achieve defined Targets for Growth, Sales and Profit for the allocated countries
  • Market share gain for different brands of Countries.
  • Identify New Product for launch and Successful launch of New Brands to generate revenue growth and net marketing contribution.
  • Help to Increase the customer base for the Countries.

2. Brand Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans aligned with business goals.
  • Define brand positioning, value proposition, and competitive advantage.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategies.

3. Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives:

  • Design and execute promotional campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors, and pharmacists.
  • Ensure effective communication of product benefits, clinical data, and usage guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful campaign implementation and alignment on marketing goals.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, product monographs, digital content, and educational tools for HCPs.

4. Product Lifecycle Management

  • Manage product launches, rebranding initiatives, and line extensions.
  • Monitor product performance, pricing strategies, and portfolio optimization.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to support trade marketing and field-force effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and compliance.

6. Budgeting and ROI

  • Manage brand marketing budgets effectively.
  • Track marketing ROI and make data-driven decisions for resource allocation.

Skill set requirement

  • Masters degree in Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in Pharma Marketing.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
