Client Relations & Order Management Executive (Female)

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

One O Sports is a premium custom sportswear and cricket equipment manufacturer, renowned for delivering world-class products to elite clients across the globe. We specialize in high-end custom jerseys, team apparel, and premium sports gear, and we are now looking for a Client Relations & Order Management Executive (Female) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Handling & After-Sales Support:
  • Ensure clients receive exceptional after-sales support, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling product-related concerns.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Keep clients updated on order status, delivery timelines, and any other relevant information.
  • Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure they are satisfied with the products and services.
  • Order Management:
  • Manage incoming orders and ensure all client specifications are met accurately.
  • Track order progress and ensure timely delivery from production to shipping.
  • Liaise with production and shipping teams to ensure orders are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate order records and ensure that all data is properly updated in the system.
  • Cross-Department Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the sales, production, and shipping departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely client delivery.
  • Monitor and manage customer expectations to ensure a seamless after-sales experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle clients professionally.
  • Experience in customer service or after-sales roles, preferably in a B2B or sports-related industry.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail for managing and tracking orders.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of orders while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and order management systems.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and handling customer queries efficiently.
  • Previous experience with order tracking, inventory management, or sales support is a plus.
