Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. Knowledge of real estate business is important. The Customer Relationship Management Manager will be responsible for projects management, maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, analyzing customer data, developing sales strategies, segmenting the market, and managing projects related to customer relationships. The role involves communicating effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues.

Qualifications

  • Min Experience of 2-3 years
  • Knowledge of real estate business
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong Analytical Skills to analyze customer data and develop insights
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship-building
  • Experience in Sales and Market Segmentation strategies
  • Project Management skills to oversee customer relationship initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
