Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Jewellery Sales Executive to join our reputed jewellery showroom at Grant Road, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales skills, in-depth product knowledge, and a flair for providing exceptional customer service in the luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery items based on their preferences and budget.
  • Demonstrate product features, quality, and craftsmanship to enhance customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain an attractive product display and ensure showroom cleanliness.
  • Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Build strong relationships with repeat customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, designs, and market pricing.
  • Support stock management and inventory control activities.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in jewellery sales or luxury retail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
  • Ability to handle high-value transactions with honesty and precision.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
