**Position: Jewelry Visual Merchandiser**
**Location: Mumbai**
**Experience: 4 years**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Design & Display Creation**: Conceptualize and implement captivating jewelry displays in-store, including window displays, display cases, counters, and shelves, that align with brand guidelines.
- **Product Arrangement**: Strategically arrange jewelry pieces to enhance their features, focusing on visual balance, lighting, and customer accessibility.
- **Seasonal & Promotional Displays**: Plan and execute seasonal, holiday, and promotional displays to drive traffic and boost sales.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up to date on current jewelry trends and customer preferences to create relevant and engaging presentations.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Ensure that all displayed products are available, well-stocked, and properly tagged with pricing and branding.
- **Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Teams**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and retail teams to align display concepts with campaigns and sales objectives.
- **Store Layout**: Assist with store layout improvements and enhancements to create an inviting and cohesive shopping environment.
- **Visual Standards**: Maintain visual merchandising standards across all displays, ensuring consistency and brand identity.
- **Regular Audits**: Perform regular audits of store displays and jewelry presentation to ensure quality, organization, and aesthetic appeal.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail.
- **Skills**:

- Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of lighting, color schemes, and display techniques.
- Knowledge of current jewelry trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
