**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage strong business relationships with jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and chain stores pan-India.
- Drive sales of diamond jewelry collections through effective networking, client servicing, and consultative selling.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base across regions.
- Regularly visit clients, attend trade shows/exhibitions, and represent the brand at industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, and logistics) to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support product development.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in B2B diamond or fine jewelry sales.
- Strong and active network of jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and chain stores across India.
- Direct Contact with Purchase Managers & Owners
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

**Preferred Profile**:

- Experience in diamond jewelry B2B sales with a strong book of active clients.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
