**Responsibilities**:

- Engage customers in a welcoming and professional manner, providing personalized assistance and building lasting relationships.
- Showcase our stunning collection of jewelry, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings, highlighting unique features and benefits.
- Drive sales through effective product demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that jewelry displays are visually appealing and well-maintained.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in languages such as Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, and English is required.
- Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design trends.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:
