SOL-X is Looking for:****
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our users, primarily Seafarers, have a smooth, supportive, and empowering experience from the moment they join our platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the onboarding process for new seafarers from registration to activation,
  • ensuring a seamless experience and building trust from Day 1.
  • Deliver onboarding tasks on time and uphold service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain consistency and reliability.
  • Provide responsive customer support via email, chat, and phone, troubleshooting issues, guiding users, and addressing product-related questions.
  • Coordinate and track card shipments, ensuring timely and secure delivery to users around the globe.
  • Monitor key customer metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve engagement,
  • proactively surface opportunities for growth and retention, and provide valuable
  • insights to internal teams.
  • Actively engage with potential users through various outreach efforts and serve as a brand ambassador.
  • Plan, manage, and execute workshops and events designed to attract new users and foster community growth.
  • Participate in diverse customer engagement exercises, contributing to strategies that enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, and marketing to relay customer insights and advocate for user needs.
