We are looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Success Associate to be the first point of contact for our members, guiding them through their onboarding journey. If you have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with people in multiple languages, this role is for you.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesEducate members on the complete course of the program.
Support and guide members in procuring the necessary items required to start the program.
Understand and strictly adhere to the onboarding process.
Schedule trainings and consultations for onboarding members.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
Act as a single point of contact for new members during onboarding, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
Handle member grievances with professionalism and empathy.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate records of onboarding activities.
Strong learning attitude with eagerness to grow.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree (Science or Healthcare background preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Fluency in at least 3 languages (Preference: English / Hindi / Malayalam / Marathi / Bengali / Telugu/ Tamil).
