Position: CRM Executive – Post Sales (Real Estate)
Location: Noida , Sector 136
Experience: 2–4 years
Industry: Real Estate
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as single point of contact post-booking till possession
- Handle all post-sales documentation & RERA compliance
- Track payment schedules, send reminders, and share receipts
- Coordinate with developers & internal teams on updates and handovers
- Manage possession process (site visits, snag checks, final handover)
- Handle customer queries and escalations within SLA
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of real estate post-sales process
- Good communication & customer relationship skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Familiar with CRM tools, MS Office/Google Sheets
KPIs:
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)
- Timely documentation & registration
- On-time payment collection
- Smooth possession handovers
Qualification:
- Graduate (B.Com, BBA, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
