Role & responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.
- Customer Interaction: Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs, provide styling advice, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on fashion trends, product features.
- Follow-ups & Retention: Engage with potential and existing customers via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to enhance customer retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, CRM, and operations teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in sales & customer service(preferably in fashion retail or e-commerce).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and e-commerce platforms.
- Target-Driven: Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales goals.
- Work schedule may vary depending on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
